Terms and Conditions

APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS

ORDER VALIDITY

  • Orders must be paid within 3 business days.
  • Unpaid orders without prior advise for payment extensions shall be automatically cancelled by our system.


PAYMENTS

  • Payments can be made via Paypal (Paypal Account, Debit or Credit Card), or bank transfer/deposit via BPI.
  • Proof of Payments must be sent ONLY to: payments@artisanmnl.com for verification.
  • Please allow 1 business day to verify payments made via Bank Transfer or Deposit (immediate verification for Paypal Payments).
  • Items will be shipped after 1 business day upon verification of payment.
  • Please allow 3-5 days (dependent on location) for Philippine shipments.
  • No rush shipping due to the courier schedule.
  • For pre-order items, please allow minimum 2 weeks lead time for the orders to be processed.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Only the following reasons will be accepted for all concerns regarding returns:

1. Manufacturer's Defect - Artisan MNL will shoulder shipping back and refund the order amount paid to the customer's nominated bank account.

2. Incorrect item Shipped - Artisan MNL will shoulder shipping back and refund the order amount paid to the customer's nominated bank account after the return of the item, unused and in good condition.

3. Out of Stock Item - Artisan MNL will refund the order amount paid to the customer's nominated bank account. The in-stock items will be shipped and refunds can be made via bank deposit, Paypal or Store Credit.

 

SHIPPING

PHILIPPINES

  1. Shipping is done 2 days after payment confirmation and to allow for packing and preparation.
  2. This applies to orders that are not custom made or are ready to ship. Lead times apply for orders that are in need of assembly or customization.
  3. Couriers available are ABest Express and LBC on an AVERAGE FLAT RATE per order to simplify our process and to include precautionary and protective packaging and handling fees.
  4. Please note that if items exceed the shipping amount (heavy, large or bulk orders) we will bill an additional cost which will be sent via e-mail. Customer agrees that additional shipping costs may be incurred and will be billed separately.
  5. Please allow 1 business day to verify payments made via Bank Transfer or Deposit (immediate verification for Paypal Payments) prior to shipping.
  6. Items will be shipped after 1 business day upon verification of payment (except for Made to Order items or Special Orders which will be estimated from the time of order placement.

Lead time for couriers

  • ABest Express: 1-3 business days upon confirmation of paid orders.
  • LBC Express: 1-2 business days upon confirmation of paid orders.

       Shipping Schedule and Cut-offs:

  • We will ship items Monday to Friday only.
  • 5PM is the cut-off for paid orders for the day.
  • Paid orders processed after 5PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Paid orders processed after 5PM of a Friday will be processed on Monday of the following week.
  • We can ship items during holidays that fall on a weekday, but only if the couriers are available on that day.
  • We will advise customers via text and/or e-mail if their orders are ready for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. We ship internationally via Registered Postal Mail (7-20 days), our default shipping option
  2. EMS (3-7 days) and Express (1-3 days) courier types are also available upon request, email us or reply via the order confirmation email or place in your order notes
  3. Please note that extra charges may apply if the items per order exceed shipping rates. Customer agrees that additional shipping costs may be incurred and will be billed separately.
  4. Your country's local customs duties and taxes are not covered by the shipping fee and will be the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in their country
  5. Insurance is not applied but can be requested for customer who will prefer to include, rates are usually 1-2% of the total cost of goods.

 

Requests for other couriers will not be accepted in order for us to store and track shipment information properly

Customers are requested to include all the important shipping information, including the correct zip code and contact number

Shipments lost due to lacking information will be on the customer's account.

Artisan MNL will not be held liable due to courier's mishandling. We will however assist with courier follow-up in the best way we can.

Shipments undelivered due to receiver problems (not at the location, no recipient or authorized representative present, incorrect information) will be on the customer's account

Tracking numbers are provided within 24-48 hours after dispatch via email.

Customers are to email info@xend.com.ph or customercare@lbcexpress.com in case of needed assistance to track their shipments or change details on the shipment

Orders may be tracked via this link: http://new.xend.com.ph (Please note that courier system allows 24-48 hours to update, in most cases, shipments arrive earlier than tracking updates online) or LBC http://www.lbcexpress.com

Damages due to courier mishandling shall not be covered by Artisan MNL but customers have the option to secure additional insurance fees which amounts to 1% of the total declared value. Customers may email all concerns on shipments directly to the courier via email: info@xend.com.ph

 

APPLIES TO HOLDER ORDERS

LEAD TIME

1. Ready Made Holders need 5-7 business days or more in some cases, depending on the current production queue, no rush orders shall be accepted

2. Custom or Made to Order items need 3-6 weeks or more in some cases, depending on the current production queue, no rush orders shall be accepted

3. Production or Wholesale Orders need 4-8 weeks or more in some cases, depending on the current production queue, no rush orders shall be accepted

 

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

1. Manufacturing Defects - Must be returned not later than 7 business days from receipt of shipment

Manufacturing defects shall be attended to whereas holders may be repaired or replaced at no cost. Customer will be provided a shipping address and the holder will be shipped back for free

2. Repairs due to mis-use or mishandling - Customer will shoulder shipment to and from Artisan MNL and will be quoted a fee for the repair service as needed as well as a lead time for completion and return
